Situated on a cliff top in the beautiful, partly-wooded 35 acre Kingsdown Holiday Park, our family-owned semi-detached chalet is in a delightful sun-drenched location. Perfect for a relaxing break for either couples or families, the chalet has a large veranda along the back, with beautiful uninterrupted sea views across to France and the sound of the sea breaking along the shore below.

Surrounding area:

Situated at the northern end of the famous 'White Cliffs of Dover', Kingsdown is a charming old fishing village lying between Dover and Deal on the Kent coast.

Dover has a magnificent Norman castle, fine harbour and fast access to France (only 21 miles away at this point). Towards Deal, Walmer has a wonderful Tudor castle and lovely shingle beach; and nostalgic Deal has a charming seafront, long promenade, fishing boats, pier, Tudor castle, plentiful shops (many independent) and good restaurants.

The area offers wonderful cliff-top and beach walks, fishing, golf, boating and horse riding. The traditional seaside resorts (with sandy beaches) of Margate, Broadstairs and Ramsgate, historic Sandwich, the Cathedral City of Canterbury, the Channel Tunnel and the Eurostar station at Ashford are all within easy reach.  Central London is just 90 minutes away by train.
