Spacious two double bed-roomed apartment within a classic Victorian terrace; superb location to enjoy ever-changing views of the sea, ships on the horizon and the beach. Within easy walking distance of Aldeburgh's award-winning restaurants, cookery school, excellent pubs, shops, cinema, art galleries and antique shops. Perfect base in all seasons for golf, sailing, bird watching, music at the Snape Concert Hall or simply chilling out and enjoying the views.
All accommodation on first floor: Easy stairs from front door to entrance hall and space for hanging coats. Well furnished and spacious living/dining room; double sofa-bed; balcony with outdoor furniture. Light and airy bedrooms - one twin bedded with shower room, WC and washbasin en-suite; second bedroom with double bed and adjacent to bathroom. Bathroom with shower over bath, wash-basin and WC. Well-equipped kitchen. Facilities: Gas central heating. TV, DVD, video, radio CD casette player. Telephone (incoming, local calls inc). Fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave. Hair dryer. Duvets, bed linen and tea towels provided (please bring own towels). Free parking both outside apartment and within a few minutes walk. Prices are weekly rates and include gas, electricity and bed linen. Friday arrive/depart: arrive 3pm, depart 10am. Short breaks can be arranged out of season.
